As we do each year, we offer our friends an opportunity to give a tax deductible gift to organizations that really make a difference in this world. The two charities we are sponsoring are:

SPORTS for Exceptional Athletes: A San Diego based sports program serving athletes with developmental disabilities ages 5 through adult in 24 different sports. They are in specific need of adult soft ball gloves, hockey/soccer shin guards and bocce sets. More info and needs can be found on their site:

Polinsky Children’s Center: This facility provides emergency shelter for abused, abandoned and neglected children from newborn to age 18. Gifts can be given towards any age group and need to be new and unwrapped. More info and ‘wish list’ can be found at the county site:

Both charities also accept cash donations.
